Free Enterprise - Round Two - Chapter 44
Admiral Hemingway and Captain Anasazi arrived at the new location for the meeting. Since there was going to be a lot more people present the venue was changed to an auditorium. The seating arrangement was different also, since Haxhis was present she would be running the confab.
Khan was already seated and pulled his whiskers back as both Tyr and Amanda slid into reserved seats on his left.
“Good Morning, Captain.” Khan said. He'd noticed the bulky imprint of the Double Helix on The Admiral's arm.
“Good Morning, Counselor.” Tyr responded and smiled. Upon seeing his nemesis Captain Bolivar on the prowl, he was about to ask a question, when Haxhis stood at the lectern and graveled the room to silence.
People quickly quieted down and found their seats. Those at the table took their reserved places. Haxhis tabbed a toggle on the lectern and lowered the lights, directed everybody's attention to the bulkhead sized screen and began her presentation.
